D-Ring Universal Shackle Kit (for CJs,Wranglers,XJs,)

The D-Ring Universal Shackle is a great alternative to a tow hook because it's better for sustained pull. It mounts on 1972 - 2006 CJs and Wranglers using the existing front bumper holes. Can also be mounted on any suitable flat surface on the frame using the supplied nuts and bolts. This is also compatible with a Jeep Cherokee / Cherokee and is a great replacement for a factory tow hook providing better ground clearance.

A Shackle can be better than a tow hook for extended pulling as the tow strap will not come loose. Available in black or chrome. Sold as a single Shackle. If you need a set, order 2!
