I can highly recommend that you give this family owned business a chance the next time you get the itch to spend even more making your Jeep better. You can spend countless hours scanning the web for the absolute bottom dollar price, but so often you wind up ordering from a big, impersonal outfit that could care less if you even exist -- much less have a problem with the order -- or an impersonal little outfit with the same attitude problems. When you call AllThingsJeep.com you get a real person who will work with you to iron out any shipping problems. Besides, their prices are always extremely competitive and often are the best prices available, anyway. They run their business the same way I run mine, staying focused on the quaint idea that only good things arise from providing genuine customer service.

I ordered a Sunrider Bestop from them for my ’04 Wrangler and could not be happier with the treatment I received. The lady who took my order saved me a few bucks by telling me 3-day shipping was as fast in my area as overnight, which made their overall cost the best price. It was drop shipped from the factory, which did not provide a tracking number, so Jean called them and got the tracking number for me, but, by then, the top had already arrived.

You can get lost in someone’s money machine if you wish, but I’ll be ordering from AllThingsJeep.com in the future.

Although the site is not (yet!) set up for orders outside of the US they gave me several options for working around this. Customer service was first rate as was the delivery, goods etc. Would absolutely recommend them, first rate.
