Shipping Schedule
- Most orders ship from our warehouse in San Jose, CA. Orders to the Northwest often take just 1-2 days for delivery and orders to the East Coast often take 5-6 days using standard shipping.
- A small number of the larger items that we offer ship directly from the manufacturer. They are all USA-based.
- 95% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
- For US deliveries, we ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS, determined by us based upon destination address and package size.
- International orders and military base orders are shipped via USPS and should be placed by Dec. 3rd to assure delivery by Christmas. We can get your package out ASAP but delivery can be inconsistent.
Remember, we can’t GUARANTEE anything other than our speedy processing of your order and the shipping method you choose. Once your package is at UPS or the USPS, it is in their hands. Weather conditions, natural disasters, etc. may delay your package. (But we hope not.)
NOTE: Items that ship from the manufacturers’ warehouses cannot be expedited. There are also significant additional shipping charges on expedited Jeep strollers, playards, soft tops, some bikini tops and windshield channels, Jeep luggage, Jeep speaker systems and other over-sized orders. Please call us before placing an expedited order for these items.
