Shipping Rates

Example: An order received at 3PM EST on Thursday using UPS 2 Day delivery will ship Friday and be delivered the following Tuesday.

We offer multiple shipping options within the continental United States:
1. Standard 6-8 days (UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail)
2. Expedited 3 days (UPS 3 Day or USPS Priority/Express Mail if shipping to PO Box)
3. UPS Guaranteed 2 Day Air (Available in the USA only and requires a physical address. No POs, APOs, etc.) Please note this is 2 BUSINESS days!
4. UPS Guaranteed 1 Day Overnight (This option is available in the Continental US only and requires a physical address. No POs, APOs, etc.) Orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Orders placed prior to 1:00pm EST, Monday - Friday will ship the same day as long as the items are in stock.

We reserve the right to contact you prior to shipping if the shipping cost due to weight/oversized items vastly exceeds the price we have quoted in our matrix. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted immediately.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Shipments
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International shipments will ship via the US Postal Service. We cannot ship UPS or FedEx to these locations.

Additional charges will be added for Hawaii & Alaska orders which need to be send via Air. ($10 for standard shipping, $15 for expedited). If your order ends up being shipped Flat Rate Priority Mail, we may be able to reduce your shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We will try and ship anywhere in the world. However, there will be additional shipping charges required. The website will calculate your shipping AFTER you enter your address (but before you enter your credit card). We will contact you within 24 hours of your order if we require additional shipping fees. For more information visit
INFORMATON ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. Our policy to is ship all international orders using United States Postal Service GLOBAL EXPRESS. It is fast, trackable and you'll usually pay less customs fees that when using FedEx or UPS.

CANCELING AN ORDER
You may cancel an order at any time prior to us processing your order by calling the phone number listed on your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once we have shipped them. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
