#9 Chokecherry Canyon Video: Chokecherry Canyon is located near Farmington, New Mexico. Local residents often refer to this area as The Glade. Chokecherry Canyon brings clubs from a six state area to face the challenging terrain. The terrain is similar to Moab, Utah except the ledges are usually slippery. A local 4x4 club, the Cliff Hangers, were the guides across three of the roughest trails beginning with the Waterfall Trail, a winding trail leading over rocky ledges. But the Intimidator Trail provided the greatest thrill. This video is full of drivers who push their vehicles to their limits. Lots of breakdowns and repairs. 1997.
