What Size Spare Tire Cover Do I Need?"I want to buy a spare tire cover for my Jeep's spare but I don't know what size to get.""You mean there's more than one size?" "What the heck does P225/75R15 mean?"
If you are thinking any of these things, READ THIS PAGE. First, you need access to the spare tire. On the side of the tire, in raised lettering, you will find writing. It will look something like this: P225/75R15. Or this: 30x9.5. Or this: LT25575R16. If you are "car savvy" you might recognize this information as telling you the size of your tire and rim. If you're like many people, it makes no sense to you. But no worries, just find your match below and you will find your tire size. If you cant find a match, give us a call and well help you out.
NOTES: Some tires will actually have the tire size in INCHES printed on the size: 30x10.5 (30 tire, 10.5 diameter go with a 30 cover) or 35x12.5 (35 tire) so if it looks like this, you are all set.
Every manufacturer is different in the sizes they produce. If you dont see your size, you can order a cover up to an inch larger and you should be fine. If that's not available, you will have to choose another cover as anything bigger will just be too big! And don't choose a smaller size, it wont fit.
