Hey, guys. So today, I'm here with the Rugged Ridge Etched 2-Position Rocker Switches in a set of five, fitting all year Wranglers. So everybody loves adding small touches to their Wrangler to really make it their own and add a custom feel different from any other Wrangler on the road. These switches by Rugged Ridge are gonna be a perfect example of that, really switching it up from all of the other switches that you may have seen on the page right now. These are gonna have little pictures, as well as little labels, so you know what light you're turning on all the time, as well as in the dark because these do illuminate. So this is gonna be for the Wrangler owner that already has a switch panel installed and they're looking to switch up to a custom switch, or if you're looking to get a switch panel for all of your accessories and you don't want the standard switches that may come with it. Now, these will come with the switches by themselves. We do offer these in a package with a switch panel. However, if you don't like the placement or you're just looking for a different feel, getting these is definitely a great option. So at the moment, these are gonna be roughly $60 on the page. And personally, I think that for a set of five rocker switches that that is a good price, especially because these are quality, solid rocker switches. Now, other less expensive options or other options on the page, in general, will be for plain options. Usually, they will be for color-coded options. But personally, I think these look really good. I like the little labels on here, and they look really sleek when added to a switch panel. So you are able to get these individually, as well. However, as a set of five, you will be saving $15. So I definitely recommend the set over buying these individually. So install is gonna be a two out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, taking you about three hours to do, and that's mainly gonna consist of the wiring. Now, actually installing them in the switch panel will be very easy, but it will depend on your setup and what you are looking to wire into your switches. So whatever accessories that you want to wire up to your switch panel, it really will depend on where they're located and what they are. So you will have three prongs here. It's gonna be a pretty standard switch compared to a five-prong switch. It'll be 12 volts and able to handle 20 amps. So this is gonna be very easy to wire up. You can actually disconnect your current switch or add some connectors onto the wiring for the current switch that you have and plug them into here, and then mount them up to your switch panel. So speaking of that install, let's jump into that now. The tools that I used for today's install were a Phillips-head screwdriver and a trim removal tool. So in order to install our rocker switches, you will need a switch panel. Now, this package is just the rocker switches if you were looking to switch it up from your current rocker switches, but this will not come with an actual switch panel. But we do offer an option with the switch panel and these particular rocker switches if you are interested. However, we already have one of our old rocker switch panels already installed. But in order to do that and in order to get our switches in there and wired up properly, we do have to take that out. So grab a Phillips-head screwdriver as well as a trim removal tool, so we can pop this out and pop our switches in. So in order to get this portion out, we do need to pull this piece forward. It is being held in by a Phillips-head clip here, so you're gonna grab a Phillips-head screwdriver and remove that clip. There it goes. Once that's out, we can pry off the side panel over here to allow us more room to get out our switch panel. So what we're gonna do to allow us a little bit more room to pull this out is just pull this back. I just started from the bottom because it was a little bit easier. So after that is off, we can pop our trim piece out. You can just give it a nice little tug just to get some space on the side, then you can start to pry it off. Now, this will be the same if it's not a switch panel. If you have a different switch panel, you'll just have to remove that wherever that is located. Then, we can pull this back and pull our panel off. So in this package, you are going to get five rocker switches. Now, these are definitely custom compared to the standard colored rocker switch. You do have your Rock lights, your LED light bar, your Off-Road lights, your Sasquatch lights, and your Zombie lights, and they even have a little picture on there. So these definitely switch it up, giving your Jeep a more custom feel. Now, these are gonna be a standard two-position rocker switch. They also are gonna be a standard three-prong instead of the familiar five-prong, so you'll have your ground, your accessory light, as well as your power. Now, speaking of accessory light, your switch prong, these will illuminate, so you will be able to see these in the dark, so you know which lights you need to flip on when. So this will come with five switches total. So if you have a switch panel with four slots, you will need to choose between the five, obviously. But there are a ton of options on our site, and there are a bunch of options that will have five openings for switches if you are looking to run all five. So we have our old switch panel here. Before you do any wiring, I would recommend to install your switches first. Now, you do have some tabs here to make sure your switch panel is oriented in the correct way and you have all of your switches where you want them. But all you have to do is go ahead and pop those in, making sure that it is easily accessible to you in your front seat. You can do the same for the rest of the four. So at this point, you're ready to wire up all of your accessories. Now, I'm not going to show you how to wire, because it will depend on your setup and what you're looking to run to your switches. However, this is very easy to wire up on the back here. All you have to do is run your wires through this side panel here after you run it through your firewall, and it will pop very easily into the trim piece here. You do have a big opening, and there is not many wires since this is only a three-prong switch. So after you have all of your switches wired up to all of your accessories, you can pop this back into place how we took it off in the first place. Now, we can just maneuver this back into place, making sure all of our tabs line up. And I like this position. This is very easily accessible. You have all of your lights right here. But there are other options where to put this. It really depends on your setup and what you're looking to do with your Wrangler. Now, we can reinstall that clip and reinstall this side panel. So that's gonna wrap it up for my quick review and install on the Rugged Ridge Etched 2-Position Rocker Switches in a set of five, fitting all year Wranglers.
