The Pakk Ratt is a clever, very well designed storage solution for off-road enthusiasts. It looks like a simple spare tire cover, but this tire cover's got a secret... It also has well designed built-in storage, in space you've never utilized before. The Pakk Ratt fits on your spare tire as a combination tire cover and storage area holding all your tools and recovery gear. It includes the large zippered storage area that is perfect storage for anything you might need on the trail such as your snatch block, clevis, air hose, winch controller, food, water & even a roll of toilet paper! There's also a smaller interior pocket for items such as your tire gauge, tire deflator, hand tools and gloves. Even in a complete roll over, anyone can get to your recovery gear and tow strap and aid with your extraction.
There are three interior straps with buckles great for those items you need in a hurry on the trail including your winch controller, clevis and tow hook. One of the best features of this Pakk Ratt off road version is its ability to carry your tow strap around the outside of your spare tire. No more digging for your strap when its muddy or dirty on the inside of the jeep. The strap is right there buckled neatly in place around the outside of the PakkRatt, actually allowing it to stay attached to your hitch for quick recovery.
The Pakk Ratt is securely attached with a nylon drawstring and allows you to gain so much interior cargo space by using the negative space inside of your spare wheel that was never available to be used before now.
